Their has been a lot of things happen in astronomy recently, and one of them is about the Juno Sattelite. The Juno sattelite is a sattelite that had a mission to go
into jupiter's orbit. On July 4th it had successfully completed its mission, and it is actually taking pictures of Jupiter. I heard that it is on one of Jupiter's moons. One
of Jupiter's moons that is really cool is Europa. Europa has frozen layer of water, and then under that is a liquid ocean. Some scientists believe that their might be life
in that liquid ocean. They most likely think that the life wis going to be bacteria. The launch date of Juno was August 11th, 2011 and reached on July 4, 2016. 5 years may
seem like a lot of time, but it actually isn't because if one calculates the distance to Jupiter, then they will think that it is a small time to go that far. Lets do some
math and see its speed in a day. I have just calculated the speed per second and the answer is going to be rounded to 89.5 kilometres per second, and that is pretty fast. The
distance to Jupiter is 588 million Kilometres! Now, that is a long way to go. Anyway, NASA likes to spend money on spacecrafts, but NASA is a goverment based company, so I
guess the goverment gives them that money. Anyway, NASA had spent 1.1 million dollars on this spacecraft! That is a lot of money, but on the Hubble telescope, they spent a
little bit over 4 million dollars! The Hubble telescope though, was a great telescope, but it didn't really look like a telescope. The telescope was launched into space, and
it took pictures from really far away, and also took pictures of some galaxies. Also, NASA had to build the Hubble telescope, and it wasn't just made for them. They had to
buy expensive parts and then they had to build it. That is pretty cool in my opinion. So, back to the Juno spacecraft/sattelite. It was actually launched from Cape Canaveral
Air Force Sation in Florida. The max speed it went on in its mission is 164,700 miles per hour, and even though scientists use the metric system, this time scientists are
using the American system. The orbit height of Juno was actually 2672 miles. That's all for Juno and lets get onto some other stuff. I was actually looking at every single
mission that NASA did, and the closest to my birthday was only 2 days away, and it was Atlantis. I believe that Atlantis is the most successful rocket ever in NASA history.
The reason I think that is because it went on 33 missions in 26 years, and it still looks like it could fly. I even saw it at the Kennedy Space Center. Anyway, that was only
one reason why it was so successful, but another reason is because it was reusable rocket. It would've been very difficult build it back then, and it was built in like the
1990s! Speaking of reusable rockets, India launched its first reusable rocket. India has joined Russia and America in the reusable rockets family. Only 3 countries have been
able to bulid a reusable rocket. Even though it was a mini space shuttle, it was still a reusable space shuttle. For reusable rockets, one needs to have to launch it like
a space shuttle like it normall does, but it will have to land like a plane, because space shuttles tend to get destroyed when they come back to Earth. That is all the recent
news about space.

Today I will talk about what I was talking about yesterday, and I was talking about science. We were talking about science, but certain
branch of science, which was water and weather. We eneded up talking about the tools that scientists use to meausure weather. One that people often
don't think as a device to help meausure the weather, but it actually is, is the windmill. The windmill's fans spin when the wind is blowing. If it
is going slow, then there isn't that much wind, but if it is going really really fast that means it is very windy outside. So, that was some weather
tools. Some other parts of water and weather are also aquifers. Aquifers are big pieces of rock that is underground, and they store water from the
rainm but don't store runoff water. You might be thing what runoff water is, so I will tell you. Runofff water is basically water from the rain, and
it just cannot get to the ground, because there might be a road blocking it. Usually runoff water just end up in ponds, lakes, and rivers. Also, a
fun fact is also that the Floridian aquifer is also used in other states, like it is used in the bottom half of Georgia. The aquifer also has a
chance of running out of water, since humans use so much water every day. Anyway, now we will talk about fronts. There are 2 different types of
fronts. The 2 different types of fronts are cold front, and warm fronts. The cold front usually just slides beneath warm front, or the warm front
just goes over the cold front, but the warm front willl always be on the top of a cold front. Anyway, now we will talk about being like a scientist.
First off, you should not be afraid of the objects that you are testing to find data, like if you are doing an experiment about spiders. Even if you
do not like spiders, then just finish you obseravtion or experiment, and then gather your data that you collected. Also, a fun fact is that
electronics and the world have been excelled throughout the year from back to BC to 2016 AD. Scientists have answered so many questions, but if you
think about it, then there are plent of questions left for everybody else to answer! You should take advantage of it, and everybody will be
fascinated by your discovery.

Today I will continue, what I was talking about yesterday, which was science. I was talking about science, but a certain branch of science
and that branch of science was water and weather. We were also talking about dew. Dew is water vapor that condensates near the ground. It is usually
formed on a coll blade of grass, or on a cold glass. Anyway, some other vocab terms are also atmosphere. The atmosphere is a mixture of gases high
in the sky, it is mostly made of oxygen and nitrogen. There are also small pieces of solids in the atmosphere, and they are dust. A fact that is
pretty cool is that the Earth is covered with 75% water! You might think that the Earth has more land than water, but that is not true. The Earth is
covered with 25% water only. Anyway, we will talk about tools to meausure weather. I am sure you know what a thermometer is, but if you did not know
what a thermometer is, then I will tell you . A thermometer is a tool used to meausure weather, and it shows what the temperature is in a small
place, like a glass of water, and it shows it in either degrees Celsius or degrees Farenheit. Degrees Farenheit is used in the United States of
America only, nowhere else, and degrees Celsius is used in every single country in this world, except for the United States of America. Another type
of meausurement is also called Kelvin. Kelvin isn't used very oftem by people around the globe, but Kelvin is used by scientists. Anyway, some other
tools to meausure weather, will be the doppler radar. The doppler radar can find a storm, or where it is, and calculate how long it will take it to
get to that area! Some other objects that can meausure wather, are wind vanes and hygrometers. Wind vanes are actually cool, because it does not
point to the direction where the wind is blowing, but to the opposite direction of the wind. These are usualy found on top of houses or on top of
a scientist's lab. Anyway, hygrometers are just tools that can meausure humidity. In case you didn't know what humidity was, then it is the amount
of water vapor in the air. So, a hygrometer is basically a tool that meausures humidity, or the amount of water vapor in the air. Anyway, that was
about water and weather, but we are still not done yet, so To be continued!

Today I will talk about what I was writing in yesterday's article. I was talking about water and weather, but in various articles, I have
written about other branches in science, and water and weather are only just one type of branch in science. So, we left off talking about the types
of precipitation, which are hail, sleet, snow, and rain. Hail is ice that has many layers, such as an onion. An onion has many layers, and you can
just peel off one layer off an onion, and that is how a piece of hail look like if you continue to find the next layer, and then the next. Also, if
hail hits your head, then it will really hurt, even hail falling from the sky and hitting a car, would cause the car a lot of damage. Sleet is more
like rain and snow, but it is still ice. Sleet is actually rain and snow mixed together. Snow, is a type of precipitation, that mostly happens during
cold times. Snow happens usually in temperate climate zones, so that is why there is no snow in Florida, during the winter. Florida is in the tropical
zone, not the temperate zone. Snow is an ice crystal, that looks like flakes, when they are coming down from the sky. Now, rain. It rains everywhere,
even in the desert. It doesn't usually rain in the desert, but it has rained in many deserts. Also, you might be thinking if it rains in the North
Pole or the South Pole, and it does. In the North Pole, and the South Pole, it does rain, but they barely get any rain. It is very rare for them to
get any rain, due to the fact that it usually snows in those places. That was all the types of precipitation. Anyway, we will talk about how water can
destroy a rock and make it into tiny little pieces. First there has to be a place for the water to get into the rock. Then, once it has gotten into
the rock, there must be a lot of water get inside the rock. Once it has overflowed in the rock, then the rock will start to get into tiny little
pieces, because the overflowment of the water has caused the rock to break, because it couldn't hold that much water. Anyway, something else we are
going to talk about is dew. Dew is basically water vapor near the ground. Dew can be found on a cool blade of grass, or on a really cold glass. To be
continued.

Today I will talk about what I was talking about yesterday. Yesterday, I was talking about meausurements and the tools that you you use to
measure objects. Anyway, in the metric system, there is a lot of numbers, but the numbers are easy to work with, like every single unit is 1, 10,
or up to any number, but it will always have 1 in front of it with 0s after it. Anyway, that was the metric system, but in the customary system,
(which is the one that people use in America)the numbers are very hard to deal with, like there are decimal numbes sometimes, and also there are
numbers like 36, and you can't multiply that in your head. Anyway, some other types of meausurments are liquids. Liquids can be meausured with liters
and cups. Liters is a metric unit, or part of the metric system, and cups are part of the customary system, Now, I will talk about weather and water,
and other stuff. First of all, you might be thinking that weather and climate are actually the same, but it is not the the same thing. Weather can
describe the temperature of only a week or so, but a climate is the average temperature of that area, for at least 20 years. Anyway, weather can be
found by using different objects, such as a thermometer. A thermometer can find the weather in just one small place. A thermometer has a C for
Celsius, and a F for Fahrenheit, Fahrenheit is only used in America, but Celsius is used in every single country, except America. Celsius is a bigger
unit, so like 90 degrees Fahrenheit, will actually equal, 32.222222 and the 2 will be going on. Anyway, now we will talk about water, but first we
will talk about precipitation. Precipitation only happens, because it evaporates the water, and that only happens, because of the sun. The sun is
a big factor for the water cycle. Anyway, evaporation means when a liquid turns into a gas, and the gas is called water vapor. Anyway, after it is
evaporated into the sky, then it condensation happens, and condensation means when a liquid turns back into a gas. After that happens, the
precipitation stage will happen, and precipitation falls in 4 different ways. The 4 different ways are snow, sleet, hail, and rain. Snow falls when it
is cool outside. To be continued.

Today I will continue what I was talking about yesterday and 2 days before yesterday. I was talking about science, but a certain branch of
science. The branch of science I was talking about was electricity. A recap of it is that you should always be careful, when around electricity.
Also, you shouldn't plug in too many things into one outlet, because that could cause a electric shock, or a fire. Some other parts about electricity
I was talking about was protons, neutrons, and electrons. Protons have a positive charge, neutrons have no charge, and electrons have a negative
charge. When 2 of the same charges meet, they repel, but when 2 of the opposite charges meet, they will attract and stick to each other. Now I will
talk about mass, and units of measurements. Mass is the weight of something or someone. You can weigh mass in Kilograms, or pounds. People in
America use a different system, so they use pounds. Every single country in this world uses kilograms, except America, because the rest of the world
uses the metric system. There are different types of things you can use to measure mass. A pan balance can be used to measure the weight of
something by placing the object on one pan and different things that weigh different types of amounts. Some people even use rocks that are written on
the amount of kilograms on it. Also, another way you can measure mass, is by using a weight machine. A weight machine is an electronic machine that
can measure your weight or some thing's weight. You can measure your own weight by just simply getting on the weight machine, and you can measure
something else's weight by just simply putting the object on the weight machine and it will record the weight for you. You should always still check
the weight 3 more times, because it could have recorded the weight of it and something else. Some other types of measurements are length. Length can
be found by using a ruler, but if you have a really long place to find the length, then you can use a yard or meter stick, and yard sticks are used
only in America, and meter stick are used in very single country in this world, except America. Also, you can use a tape measure, but those only go
up to 20 feet. To be continued.

Today I will talk about what I was talking about 2 days ago and 3 days ago. Before, I was talking about projects. There are 2 different
types of projects. The 2 different types of projects are observations and experiments. Observations are a type of projet, of course, but you don't
have to do any work except count. An observation might be to see what type of car people drive the most, down your street. You are counting the
number of cars that are going down the street. You should at least do this 5 times and then add up the numbers and find the average of those numbers,
and the one which has the most average car amount, then that is the winner. That is only one type of project, but there is also an other type of
project that called experiments, and I am pretty sure you can guess what an experiment, but in case you could not guess what an experiment was, then
an experiment is a project, where you have to actually do something, like when you are mixing chemicals, you then see the outcome of mixing the
chemicals, and then you can form a conclusion, as to what had happened in the experiment of yours. Anyway, those are the only 2 types of projects
that you can do. Now, I will talk about electricity. First off I want you to know that you should be careful if you are around electricity, cause if
you plug in too many things into your house it will at least cause an electric shock, but when you plug in a lot of things into one outlet(An outlet
is something where you can plug in electronics), then it could cause a fire. Anyway, electricians have to be careful, because of their surroundings,
cause they always work with electricity, so they have to be very careful, cause they have a high chance of getting shocked. Anyway, there are
different types of things in electricity, such as protons, electrons, and neutrons. We will talk about this 1st and then get onto the other stuff
about electricity. Anyway, protons are thing that have a posotive charge, and neutrons are things that have no charge, and electrons are things that
have negative charges. When two of the opposite charges meet they will attract, and when the same charges meet they will repel from each other. To
be continued.

Today I will continue what I was writing about 2 days ago, and yesterday. Yesterday I was talking about most of the branches of science,
but I was still on space. Anyway, we were talking about galaxies then, so in a galaxy, there is a lot of solar systems in just one galaxy.
There are also 4 types of galaxies and the Milky Way is one of them. The 4 types of galaxies are spiral galaxies, barred spiral galaxies, elliptical,
and irregular. Spiral galaxies have arms, and barred spiral galaxies have arms, but the main difference is that their are older stars in the centre
for a spiral galaxy, and young stars on the outside, but on a barred spiral galaxy, there is young stars on the centre and older stars on the outside.
An elliptical galaxy is also known as an oval galaxy, and the word means oval. Last but not least are irregular galaxies, which have an odd shape
which hasn't been seen before. Also, if you are wondering if aliens are real, it has not been proven that they are real, but if you are an alien
lover then they still might be real but nobody really knows yet. Anyway, that was all about Space, but now we will talk about experiments, how to
conduct an experiment and even more stuff. So, an experiment is a project where you test something to see if its true. First, you get all the
materials you need to conduct the experiment, and then you make a hypothesis, or think what will happen and a reason why you think that. The next
step is to actually do the experiment, and then you gather all the data that you found, and then draw a conclusion. If your hypothesis was wrong,
then don't decide to change your data, because someone else might use that company's product and see that it is a really bad product, Also, you
should always conduct the experiment more than once, at least 3 times. The reason why you should do the experiment at least 3 times is because the
1st time you did it, that object might've had something happen to it, like a plant. If one plant dies, then You need to see if it will happen to
alive plants. Those are the steps to make an experiment. Also, you always need a control, which means that you need the same object you used, and
then don't do anything to it, so you can see what happens to it without the object that you are testing. To be continued.

Today I will continue, what I was writing about yesterday, which was about science. Anyway, there are objects in space called meteoroids,
meteors, and meteorites. Meteoroids are broken pieces of an asteroid that floats around in space. Meteors are broken pieces of an asteroid that gets to
the surface of the Earth. A meteor may have wiped out the dinosaurs, because a meteor may have reached the surface of the Earth, which leads to
environment that has been destroyed. Anyway, meteorites are broken pieces of an asteroid that try to reach to the surface of the Earth, but can't, due to the fact
that we have our atmosphere, which is made of different gases. Some of the gases are Nitrogen and Oxygen. You might be wondering what an asteroid is,
since I mentioned 3 times. An asteroid is an object in space that orbits the sun. Asteroids are mainly found in the asteroid belt. The asteroid belt
is located within The space that separates the inner planets and the outer planets. Asteroids are pieces of rock. Also, there is also an asteroid so
big, even bigger than some of the planets, that it has its own small moon! Asteroids are one part of our solar system, but there are many more parts
to a solar system, than an asteroid, and another part is a comet. Comets have nicknames called "Dirty Snowball". Anyway, comets also orbit the sun,
but they have an oval orbit and they have a tail. Comets also have a glow. Some other objects in space are dwarf planets or mini planets. Dwarf
Planets are really small, and they are usually classified with their size and their orbit. They are classified by their orbit, because a dwarf
planet's orbit around the sun, usually runs into to another planet's orbit. Also, one dwarf planet that most people know about is Pluto. Pluto was
classified as a planet until scientists decided to classify it as a dwarf planet. Another part of space are galaxies. Galaxies are humongous things,
and there is like a gazillion solar systems in only one galaxy, and there is like 1 billion galaxies. Anyway, the galaxy that we're in is called the
Milky Way Galaxy. If you search up the Milky Way Galaxy on Google Images, and see those pictures, they are not really pictures of our galaxy. They
have made those pictures by looking at the night sky and you can see another arm of the galaxy and copied that and made arms like that, but that is
not the real galaxy. To be continued.

Today I will talk about natural disasters. Natural disasters are like wildfires, and they destroy animals or plants. Some seeds, though need
a wildfire to actually sprout, and that is the answer to the question "Why do wildfires happen?" Anyway, natural disasters are really bad for other
animals, because they can destroy the habitat of that animal. Natural disasters can also happen due to the weather. Some of the other types of
natural disasters include hurrricanes, tornadoes, or any other type of storm. Hurricanes are categorized into 5 different parts, because of their
wind speed. A category 1 hurricane has the lowest wind speeds, and a category 5 hurricane, has the highest wind speeds. Also, another fact about
hurricanes is that hurricanes actually start out as a small storm in Africa, so every hurricane was from the continent of Africa. Then, the storm
gets carried over to the country where the hurricane happens, and it gets carried over by the water currents in the ocean. Another fact about a
hurricane is that a hurricane's eye is the middle part of the hurricane and a hurricane's eye can cause no damage to the place, or anything in the
eye's path. Tornadoes are basically storms that look like funnel. Tornadoes are also extreme and severe storms, and you need to be careful when a
tornado happens, because if you get sucked up in a tornado, then you will die. Some other types of storms are also snowstorms, and snow storms are
really severe as well as tornadoes, but not as severe as the 2 types of other storms. A snowstorm happens when the weather is really cold, and snow
falls in a snowstorm, a lot of snow. It over snows in a snowstorm than it normally does, and a snow storm has really high wind conditions, but not as
much as a tornado!

Today I will talk about some things in science. Astronomy is one branch in science, and I will talk about that first. Astronomy is the study
of space and people who study astronomy are called astronomers. The American astronomers work for NASA, and NASA is one of the most successful space
companies in the history, as the Americans were the first people to be on the moon, and the first person on the moon, was Neil Armstrong. A lot of
people know about him, but not a lot of people know who the 2nd person on the moon was. The 2nd person on the moon was actually a guy named Buzz
Aldrin. Anyway, NASA has these big telescopes that help them see objects in space, and to see if an asteroid or meteor is coming towards Earth. Some
people have telescopes at their homes, but they are not as big as NASA's. Some objects in space are moons, planets, and comets. Moons actually are
things that orbit around a planet. Earth has only one moon and Mars only has 2, but the other 2 inner planets have no moons! The outer planets have a
lot more moons, like all 4 of them has more than 20 moons each! Jupiter is one of the outer planets, and it has around 66 moons! Now I will talk
about planets. Planets are objects in space that rotate and orbit around a star. Earth is a planet, and it rotates around the sun in 24 hours, and it
orbits the sun in 365 days, or 365 * 24 hours, and the answer will be the number of hours, one year is. Anyway, the Earth is in the solar system, or
sun system. The solar system has 8 planets, and the solar system is located in a galaxy, and that galaxy is called the milky way galaxy, but we will
talk about that later. The eight planets in our solar system are(this will be ordered from least to greatest distances from the sun)Mercury, Venus,
Earth, Mars, Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus. To be continued in another article.

Today I will talk about meteorology. Meteorology has a lot of different parts in it, such as the tools that a meteorologist would use. One tool that
a meteorologist would use is a thermometer, of course. A meteorologist is a person who studies meteorology. The thermometer is used to check and
measure the temperature. Usually in other countries they measure in degrees Celsius, but in America, people call it
Farenheit instead of Celsius. Anyway, some other tools that measure something are Doppler Radar or Wind Vane or even a
hygrometer. The doppler radar can predict when a storm or natural disaster is going to come and how dangerous it is. A wind vane is a thing people
usually put on the top of their houses and it tells you which way the wind is blowing by pointing it to the opposit side, so if its pointing west
that means that the wind is blowing east. A hygrometer a tool that can measure the amount of humidity in the air, and humidity isthe amount of water
vapor in the air. Now we will talk about evaporation, condensation and precipitation and other vocab terms. Evaporation is when a liquid turns into
a gas and that gas is called water vapor. Condensation is when a liquid has turned into a gas. Precipitation is when any type of liquid (the liquid
is rain, hail, snow, or sleet) falls to the surface of the Earth. Dew is basically water vapor that forms near the ground. You can usually see it on
a cool blade of grass or on a cold glass of water, but has to be in a cold place. A fun fact is that Earth is actually covered with 75% water, while t
he rest 25% is land. Now I will talk about aquifers. Aquifers are basically big rocks underground that store rain water, and we and parts of other
states drink water from the Floridian aquifer, that's how big it is, the size of Florida and parts of others states!

Today I will talk about electricity and habitats, and adaptations. Electricity is basically the thing we use and we get it from open pit mining.
It is used in our everyday lives. One part of electrity is electrons, protons and neutrons. Electrons have a negative charge. Protons have a positive charge, and
neutrons have no charge. When the charges are different, the will attract and when they are the same, they will repel. Also electrcions, (or people
who know a lot about electricity and can fix stuff that has happened, due to electricity) have to be mindful of their surroundings when they are at
work, cause they have a high chance of getting eletricuted, if they aren't careful. Also, you shouldn't plug in a bunch of things in one outlet cause
it can cause a fire or a electric shock. Now I will talk about habitats. A habitat is where a specific animal lives. Different types of animals have
different habitats, such as the artic hare. The arctic hare live in a polar habitat, because its body is adapted to living in that cold climate.
If a habitat is destroyed and there is no other place like that habitat, then the animals and plants living there will die out. For a habitat to be
populated by animals, then there has to be the animals' prey there as well or what would they eat? Another cool thing about habitats is that there
is only one type of that habitat. Also, if a habitat dies, then the animals have 3 options. It can die, go to another habitat, or find other type of
food cause the other animals living there will die, so they need to eat other types of food.
Now, I will talk about adaptations. Adaptations are basically how an animal can get used to its habitat or enviorment. An adaptation a polar bear
has is its thick fur. The polar bear's thick fur helps it live within its surroundings because it is very cold in the polar region, so it has its
thick coat to help it stay warmer.

My name is Ritam Rana and today I will talk about space and the things that are in space. Some things that are Space are planets, moons,
astroids, meteors, meteorites, meteoroids, the sun, and comets. First, we will talk about planets. Their are 8 planets in our solar system and the
planets in order from closest to sun to farthest from the sun is the planet Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Satern, Uranus, Neptune. The
first four planets are known as the inner planets and the last 4 are known as the outer planets. The first four planets are really small if you
compare them to the last four planets. The last four planets are gigantic! Also, the days are short for the last four planets, but their orbit takes
fron 10 - 25 years so their rotation is fast, but their orbit is slow. Now, we will talk about moons. Moons are objects that rotate and orbit around
Earth. The inner planets do not have very moons, but the outer planets have 20-75 moons with Jupiter having 75 moons. Now, we will talk about
astroids. They are basically big chunks of rock, really big,(one astroid once was so big that it had its own moon)and they orbit the sun. They are
usually located in the Astroid belt or the Kuiper belt. The astroid belt is located between Mars and Jupiters and the Kuiper belt is located between
pluto and the exit of the solar system. Now, we will talk about meteors, meteorites, and meteoroids. Meteors are basically broken pieces of an
astroid that try to get to the Earth's surface but can't because of our atmosphere which is made up of Oxygen, Nitrogen and other types of air.
Meteorites are Meteors that actually does reach the Earth's surface, because a meteorite had landed on Earth, their is no more dinosaurs left.
Meteoroids are broken pices of an astroid. Now, we will talk about the sun. The sun is a star which is loacated in our solar system and a lot of
things orbit the sun. Even though you might thing that the sun is gigantic, it is only a medium sized star. Now, the last thing we will talk about
is comets. A comet has a nickname, and that nickname is a dirty snowball and it also orbits around the sun with a tail. That was about space, and the
things in space and all about it!
